About Jonathon Rasenberg

Jonathon has owned a property management and development company for the past eight years in New Brunswick. His primary role was the general oversight of more than 500 units and their tenants, financial analysis including cash flow pro-formas, and day-to-day income and expense tracking.

He has been responsible for new developments from start to finish, beginning with securing land, project design and securing financing. Jonathon also has extensive experience facilitating acquisitions and tendering building and renovation contracts with a combined value of over $50 million. Another major part of his company was facilitating marketing and branding for project developers throughout the province. He worked to create custom branding for high-end, multi-residential development projects throughout NB. He has spent time working closely with graphic designers and web developers to produce all of the deliverables needed for successful projects.

Working with some of the biggest condominium developers in the province, Jonathon has been responsible for heading up the marketing and sales of these new units. He is currently specializing in custom and high-end home development and sales throughout southern NB.

Jonathon is happy to have settled down in Kingston, NB and loves living on the beautiful Kennebecasis River with his family. Officially joining the residential and commercial real estate world has been the perfect addition to the work he has been involved with throughout his career.
